1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and using B Global Marketplace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be a registered business entity to use this platform. Individual consumers are not permitted. All businesses must complete the verification process before accessing full platform features.
3. Business Verification
You agree to provide accurate business information including CR number, VAT number, and owner ID. False information will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. Projects & Proposals
Project owners are responsible for the accuracy of project descriptions and budgets. Proposal submitters must only submit genuine proposals they intend to fulfill. Spam or fraudulent proposals will result in account suspension.
5. Contracts
Auto-generated contracts are legally binding upon digital acceptance by both parties. IP acceptance is logged as evidence of agreement. Both parties are responsible for fulfilling contract terms.
6. Points System
Points are purchased for platform use and are non-refundable. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. The platform reserves the right to modify point pricing.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not engage in fraud, harassment, spam, or any illegal activity. Circumventing the platform to conduct business off-platform to avoid fees is prohibited and may result in account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
B Global Marketplace is a facilitating platform and is not a party to any contract between businesses. We are not liable for disputes, non-performance, or losses arising from business relationships formed on the platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time, subject to fulfilling any active contract obligations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration before resorting to litigation.
